After login windows client, it automatically 'shutting down'

Issue:

User can login windows client successfully. However, after about 10 seconds, the client shows 'shutting down' and logout automatically.

Solution: 

1. The device might be disabled. Please go to Device Manager and re-enable the device.

2. Make sure there is no limit on the number of devices the user can connect. It is defined in cluster settings. If the user has reached the limit, new connection will be shut down automatically.

3. If it is not the cases described above, please help us collect trace on the Centrestack server side, from login on the client, to the auto logout. Here is the instruction to collect Centrestack trace.
