Query Failed Subtasks and Audit from web portal as admin

In latest release, Cluster Admin/Tenant Admin can query failed subtasks and audit trace from the web portal. 

• In the Tenant Management Console, go to Control Panel / Device Manager

• In Device Manager, query the device. Click 'Manage' to manage the device

• If the device is not connected, click 'Connect', to connect to the device

• Go to Task Manager. Here, can query failed subtask. Can also retry failed task

• Go to Diagnostic. After retrying the failed task can query Audit Trace here. If need to collect dbgview trace, can enable tracing from here too
