Tenant User Plan
When the cluster administrator creates a new tenant, he/she can define the number of users allowed in the tenant. When the tenant has used reached the maximum number of users, the cluster administrator has to increase the user allocation under the Tenant's User Plan.
To simplify management, the cluster administrator can create new tenants with the auto-grow setting enabled ("Allow tenant to increase user plan automatically"). In this case, new user creations will automatically allocate a new license to the tenant once the limit has been reached.
To modify existing tenants, go to the Access Control page from the Tenant Dashboard.
Cluster-Assigned User Licenses
When the auto-grow setting is enabled for a tenant, if the cluster doesn't have any available licenses at the time of user creation, the auto-grow mechanism will fail. If this occurs, the partner account should enable the cluster itself to auto-grow from the partner portal at www.centrestack.com.
Click on the "Assign License" button on the bottom of the tile of the registered cluster. From the Assign License page, select the "Allow Cluster to Increase User Plan Automatically" checkbox.
When this setting is in effect, if the partner account runs out of licenses, licenses will automatically purchased and applied to the cluster in blocks of 10.
