BitDefender appears to scan the CentreStack Cloud Drive by default, leading to poor performance and very large client side caches. This article describes how to configure BitDefender to exclude the Cloud Drive from its scans.
In the BitDefender admin console, navigate to Policies > Antimalware > Settings > Custom Exclusions. Add an folder exclusion for the CentreStack cloud drive, which by default is M:\ as seen below:

If you are running Bitdefender Gravityzone, in the BitDefender admin console, navigate to "Policies > Antimalware > On-Demand" make sure "Device Scanning" is unchecked as seen below:
