How to update Partner Portal email/password

Centrestack Partner Portal is used to manage licenses/payment. It is suggested to register the partner portal with a general email and make sure the email is monitored. When there is any account change or payment issue, we'll email to the registered email address.

If you still have access to the partner portal login email, but forget the password, from the login page (https://partner.centrestack.com) can click 'Forgot your password?' link, to reset the password. 

Once logged in the partner portal, can change the login email/password.

. Login Partner Portal

. Open left menu. Click "Account Management".

. Under "Login Credentials", change the login email.

. If you need to change the password, click on the Password field and the enter password.

. After the change, click 'Save Settings" on top, to save the change.

. Under "Contact Details", can define a second email to receive account related information, including billing failure notification email.
