Access payment invoices
If you are an existing CentreStack customer, please log in to your partner portal at https://partner.centrestack.com/login/
Go to "Account Management" from the left-side menu and click on the "Payment History" button.
Then click on "Payment History". You will see the invoice here and can download it by clicking on the icon on the top right
Allow others to access invoice/update billing
Once licenses are purchased in the partner portal, the user will have additional options, including defining Roles and creating more users. The main account can allow other users to access invoices and update billing.
Under Roles, create a role with View/Edit for Account Info.
Create a new user, with the correct Role.
The user will get a welcome email with a password. After the user logs in to the partner portal, they can access Account Information.
