Enable multiple tenants support in Centrestack

By default, the latest Centrestack release works in single Tenant mode. Only the default tenant is created.

To enable multiple tenants supports, from Cluster Dashboard, click the switch Multi-Tenancy to switch it on.

In old version, the switch is not there. In the case, go to Cluster Settings.

Under Cluster Settings, enable multiple tenant support by checking 'Allow multi-tenancy'. Save the change.

After that, on Cluset Dashboard, can access Tenant Manager, to create/manage tenants.
