Overview
The Single Sign-On (SSO) service authenticates the end user for all applications for which he has been granted rights. It allows a user to use one set of credentials (e.g., name and password) to access multiple applications.
Login with SSO
Once the administrator has configured and enabled SSO, when users access the login page on the web, they will be automatically redirected or will see a link that directs them to a third-party Id provider web portal to log in.
After entering user and password credentials in this Id provider portal, they are redirected back and can access their files and folders.
How to log in to the iOS app?
In the iOS app, an Access Point and an existing Username are required to view the SSO link. Enter both pieces of data on the login screen and tap Continue:
The link for Single Sign-On (or Login with: ...) will be displayed bellow the Login button, tap on it to be directed to enter credentials into the third-party service:
In this example, the user is authenticated with Microsoft 365/Azure AD according to their login procedure:
If the authentication was successful, the user data is displayed and can be managed in the app.
