User can open windows client/server agent Management Console on the installation machine directly. Admin can access the console from web portal.
Local Machine
On local machine where windows client is installed, user can click the systray icon to open System Menu. On the systray menu, can see the windows client version.
On server agent machine, should see a shortcut for server agent management console created on Desktop. Click it to open the Management Console.
. Dashboard:
On the native management console, Dashboard shows whether it is windows client/server agent. The access point URL and the version.
. Attached Folder:
Here, can attach local folder to sync with Cloud. Can also scan attached folder.
Sync Status:
Show summary for all the sync tasks.
Click the Task Manager on top right corner, to open Task Manager and see all tasks.
Here, can click Details to see details on each individual tasks.
Web Portal:
As admin on web portal, go to Tenant Dashboard, User Manager.
Here, edit the user and go to Devices. It shows all the devices the user has. Click "View Details" for the device to view it.
Server Agent Management Console is always Connected. Windows Client Management Console will not keep connecting. In that case, the device shows 'Disconnected'. Click 'Connect' to connect to the remote windows client. May need to click Connect couple of times.
Once Connected, can check Task Manager tab. It shows the device's Task Details.
Here, can click 'Pending Tasks' and 'Failed Tasks', to view the details of the task.
Under Diagnostics, can download latest System Audit Trace
