To change the drive letter for a single user, you can change the drive letter from the native or web management console of the Windows Client. Both options are accessible from the Windows Client menu in the Windows Taskbar.
If you click the system tray icon (1), it will open the My Cloud Drive. You can access the Management Console by clicking on the 3-dots icon (2) or the Management Console icon (3) at the bottom.
In the Management Console, click the Settings, expand Mapped Drive Control, and you will see the Drive Letter. Then, select another letter from the drop-down menu.
The setting only takes effect after the Windows Client is restarted.
Notice: When the Windows Client can't use the assigned drive letter due to a conflict, it will use the next available drive letter automatically.
