Windows Client 12.12.570.53288 and later uses new management console. To exclude subfolders, check the article here.
User can setup attached local folder/migrate local share to cloud. It will create a cloud folder and maintain syncing between the local folder/share and the cloud folder.
There are cases where user may not want certain subfolders to be synced to cloud. In that case, user can define excluded folder list.
- Open windows client/server agent management console
- Go to Attached Folders
- Click 'Edit Excluded Folder List' and add the subfolder to the list.

- Define the excluded subfolder here
Please define the excluded subfolder before attach the local folder/migrate the share. This way, the subfolder will not be synced to cloud at all. Otherwise, defining the excluded folder will prevent files under to be synced to cloud anymore. However, it will not delete files already uploaded to the cloud under the subfolder.
