Mac client maintains the cloud folder listing in a local database, to improve the performance. When visit the Mac client drive, the client will query the latest folder listing from cloud and auto refresh the database.
Sometimes, the database might be corrupted. It causes Mac client issue to visit some folders, like opening a folder, or saving to a folder. In that case, have to reset the database and let the client rebuild it..
- On the Mac machine, exit the client
- Go to folder /usr/local/gladinet/<Mac client login email>. The folder is hidden. If you are using Finder, need to enable Finder to show the hidden item. In Finder, press Command, Shift and Period keys (cmd+shift+.), to enable it.
- Rename folder FileSysDB to FileSysDB.bak
- Restart Mac client
