When you hit any issue, please help us to collect some information and report it to us, including:
. The version of your Centrestack server
. The version of the client/server agent/mobile Apps, where you hit the issue
. The detailed description of the error, as much as possible. Some screenshots will be very helpful
. If there is any failed task in windows client/server agent, open the task in windows client/server agent management console and send us screenshots for the task details, including the pending retry subtask lists. After that, retry the failed task and help us to collect the related audit trace and dbgview trace when retry the task.
