When performance issues are being observed in your CentreStack Server environment please begin by collecting the same standard information you would normally provide the support team with:

2. Include Additional Server Performance Related Information
Please provide the Support Team with the output of the following XMLs:
- Namespace Health Report
Namespace is the core layer which provides APIs to the outside world as well as providing the Management Interface to the Portal and Management Consoles.
In a browser, type in the URL of the CentreStack Portal and append /namespace/n.svc/nodeperf to the end of the url.
Example: http://www.yourserver.com/namespace/n.svc/nodeperf
The resulting output should be in XML format and resembles the following:
- Storage Health Report
This reports on the Cloud Storage Enabling Layer for Internal storage types such as an UNC-Pathed Network Share as well as Cloud storage types such as Amazon S3 Buckets, Windows Azure Blobs, Google Cloud Storage and OpenStack Swift.
In a browser type in the URL of the CentreStack Portal and append /storage/u.svc/proxyperf to the end of the url.
Example: http://localhost/storage/u.svc/proxyperf
The resulting output should be in XML format and resembles the following:
