PostgreSQL service will not start

On rare occasion the PostgreSQL service will fail to start and the web portal will be unavailable

You will also see event viewer errors referencing the replication checkpoint

When this occurs please navigate to and rename C:\CSPDBRoot\pg_logical\replorigin_checkpoint

Restart the service after the file is renamed. A new file will be created and the web portal will once again be functional
