Sometimes you notice some files/folders don't show in windows client. Here are some steps you can follow to check the issue.
- Login to the web portal and check whether the files/folders are there. If the missing files/folders are not on the web portal, they are either not uploaded correctly. Or deleted by someone.
- If the files/folders do exist on the web portal, please right click the parent folder and select 'Force Refresh'. It will force the windows client to get the latest folder listing from the cloud.
- If 'Force Refresh' doesn't work, please, help us to collect windows client traces when 'Force Refresh' the parent folder and send the info collected to us. Here are the instructions.
- After collecting the traces, please shut down windows client. Go to C:\Users\<your windows user>\AppData\Local\gteamclient\<your windows client login email>\. Here, rename the folder 'FileSysDB'. After that, start the client and check if all the files are present now. Send us the old (renamed) 'FileSysDB' folder.
