Issue:
The user can log in Windows client successfully. However, after about 10 seconds, the client shows 'shutting down' and logs out automatically.
Solution:
1. The device might be disabled. Please go to Device Manager and re-enable the device.
2. Make sure there is no limit on the number of devices the user can connect. It is defined in cluster settings. If the user has reached the limit, a new connection will be shut down automatically.
Go to Cluster Dashboard -> Cluster Settings
On the Timeouts and Limits tab, you will see the setting Max Device Count.
3. If it is not the cases described above, please help us collect traces on the Centrestack server side, from login on the client, to the auto logout. Here is the instruction to collect the Centrestack trace.
