Sometimes, you want to reset the Windows Client/Server Agent to start from scratch.
. Windows Client:
- Shut down Windows Client
- Rename folder C:\Users\your windows login\AppData\Local\gteamclient to C:\Users\your windows login\AppData\Local\gteamclient.keep. The folder is hidden, please enable windows explorer to show System and Hidden files.
- Start the Windows Client and login again.
. Server Agent
- Shut down Cloud Server Agent Access Service
- Rename folder C:\ProgramData\gteamclient to C:\ProgramData\gteamclient.keep. The folder is hidden too.
- Restart Gladinet Cloud Access Service
- Open Server Agent Management Console and login.
